I decided not to write the player grades from that infuriating tie with AC Milan, because why re-watch that mess and take notes when I could instead produce an entirely different mess? That’s right, Mike and I are back on the air and, because we wanted to mirror Fiorentina in showing you how much we hate you, there’s not even a guest on this episode. It’s just the two of us.
We touch on Stefano Borgonovo (Fondazione Stefano Borgonovo link here if you want to learn more or donate), Sebastien Frey, what to expect the rest of the way from the Viola, and summer plans, but most of this one’s focused on Mike’s grown-ass son Dušan Vlahović in celebration of his hat trick against Benevento (we recorded this on Thursday, so it was still pretty fresh).
We also learned that Mike has a slightly selfish motive for getting Vlahović signed to a new contract and that I need to be a lot smarter about swearing haircut oaths. As usual, it was a lot of fun to make, and we hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed making it.
