The Inland Master Chorale will return to live performance with “Vox Populi: Songs of our World” 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17.

The concert is outdoors at the labyrinth next to Memorial Chapel on the University of Redlands campus, 1200 E. Colton Ave., Redlands.

The concert celebrates the diversity of music from around the world, with pieces from Hawaii, South Korea, Africa, India, Ireland and the Americas.

The program will include “Arirang,” considered the unofficial national song of Korea, and “Incantations” from Michael McGlynn’s Celtic Mass, sung in Irish, according to a news release.

The Mexican folk song “La Llorona” will feature soloist Wendy Lopez, and Anna De Leon is the soloist in “Duerme Negrito” from Argentina.

An Indian dancer will join with the chorale in “Desh,” an Indian raga, and the chorale’s performance of Stephen Foster’s “Oh! Susanna” includes a solo by Douglas Newton.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students and children. Children younger than 5 are not admitted.

Tickets are available at the venue and at inlandmasterchorale.org.

The Inland Master Chorale is directed Joseph Modica, associate dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and director of the School of Music at the University of Redlands.

Assistant director is Anna De Leon, director of choirs at Grand Terrace High School. Sophie Tait is the
chorale’s accompanist.

Chorale members were required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to participate in the concert. Because the concert is outdoors, masks are not required for audience members.

The Inland Master Chorale’s 2021-22 season will continue with “Caroling, Caroling!” on Dec. 19; “Reflect,
Remember, Rejoice,” March 13; and “Carmina Burana,” May 22.
