After a chaotic few months of air travel in the United States, we want to learn more about the experiences of people working in aviation.
Mass cancellations. Lost baggage. Overwhelmed employees. Technical glitches. Bad weather. It’s been a rocky few months for aviation.
The problems facing airlines and regulators are complicated — and we want to hear from people in or connected to the airline industry to better understand what’s going on.
Tell us about your experiences below. We especially want to hear from people who:
-
work for airlines or at airports, including flight attendants, pilots, air traffic controllers, baggage handlers, software programmers, ground crew members, customer service representatives and those in corporate offices;
-
are part of government agencies that help keep the aviation sector running.
And if you previously worked in any of those jobs, we’d also like to hear from you.
We may use your contact information to follow up with you. We will not publish any part of your submission without your permission. If you have information that you want to share using tools that can help protect your anonymity, here are options.
