Arcata Fire District Board of Directors
When: Second Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m.

• The board will discuss the Measure F five-year plan.
• The board will consider a resolution honoring Rene Campbell for her services as a director of the board.

Arcata Planning Commission
When: Second and fourth Tuesdays of every month at 6 p.m.
Where: City Hall Council Chamber: 736 F St., Arcata.
• The Nov. 10 meeting is canceled.
College of the Redwoods Board of Trustees
When: First Tuesday of the month at 1 p.m.
Where: 7351 Tompkins Hill Road, Eureka.
• The board will discuss meeting dates for 2021.
• The board will discuss a resolution in support of an inclusive environment for all and against racism.
• The board will discuss eliminations and/or reductions in classified positions due to a lack of work or a lack of funds.

Eureka Planning Commission
When: Second Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m.
Where: The meeting can be viewed on the city’s website or via Access Humboldt channels.
• The commission will hold a public hearing on a tree removal amendment.
• The commission will consider a Crowley site Local Coastal Program amendment.

Fortuna Planning Commission
When: Second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.

Humboldt Bay Fire Joint Powers Authority
When: Second Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.
Where: Humboldt Bay Fire Conference Room, 533 C St. Eureka,

Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation and Conservation District
When: The second Thursday of the month at 7 p.m.

• The board will meet in closed session at 5 p.m. for real property negotiations.
• During the regular meeting, the board will discuss management of the Samoa Dunes and wetlands, also known as Dog Ranch.
• The board will discuss the term sheet related to harbor district management of the
Tuluwat Island wetland mitigation project.
• The board will consider a letter of support for U.S. Coast Guard operations in Humboldt Bay.

Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District
When: Second Thursday of each month at 9 a.m.
Where: 828 Seventh St., Eureka.
• The board will consider a letter from the district to the U.S. Forest Service regarding the Mad River watershed and Ruth Lake.
• The board will discuss a potential memorandum of understanding with Trinidad Rancheria.

Humboldt County Board of Supervisors
When: Every Tuesday at 9 a.m. except for the fifth Tuesday of a month.
Where: Supervisors chambers, 825 Fifth St., Eureka.
• The board will consider setting a calendar of meeting dates for 2021.
• The board will hear an appeal from the Friends of Ferndale for a Livable Community to the Humboldt County Planning Commission’s approval of five concerts and two motorcycle races at the fairgrounds in Ferndale.
• The board will meet in closed session at 3 p.m. for labor negotiations.

Trinidad City Council
When: Second (and fourth) Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.
Where: Trinidad Town Hall 409 Trinity St., Trinidad.
• The council will have a second reading of an ordinance regarding the transient occupancy tax and recordkeeping.
• The council will discuss an alleged Brown Act violation letter sent by Trinidad Rancheria.
• The council will discuss an appeal of a planning commission approval to temporarily close Van Wycke Trail.
• The council will have a public hearing on unmet transit needs.
