The Fulton City Council will hear from Susan Krumm about the Callaway 200 Bicentennial Bash during its regular Tuesday night meeting.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in council chambers in the upper level of Fulton City Hall (18 E. 4th St.).
Council members will also receive an update on the Legends Rec-Plex facility.
The council will hear the first reading of an ordinance that would authorize Fulton Mayor Lowe Cannell to declare a tract of land located at 209 W. Ninth St. in Fulton to be surplus property, authorizing its distribution and establishing an effective date.
There will be a second reading of three ordinances that pertain to zoning.
The first ordinance would reclassify a tract of land located at 1205 Old Jefferson Road in Fulton, and the second would reclassify a tract of land at 1140 U.S. 54 in Fulton.
The third ordinance would amend Appendix A, Section 4, on zoning in Fulton's city code, repealing certain regulations and enacting new ones, while establishing an effective date.
The council will also consider one resolution, which would authorize Fulton Mayor Lowe Cannell to sign all necessary documents relating to the Patrick Leahy Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant through the United States Department of Justice.
Under the consent agenda, council members will discuss the Zoning and Subdivision update proposal as well as a continued discussion from the work session on fee proposals.
Council meetings are open to the public, but seating is limited due to social-distancing requirements. Meetings are also livestreamed at fultonmo.org and on the city's YouTube channel.
