Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) might be one of the most powerful figures in the MCU, but it's her son Billy who senses Vision is in trouble during WandaVision episode 6. The installment titled "All-New Halloween Spooktacular!" follows the Maximoff family preparing to celebrate their first Halloween together. Set in the late '90s or early '00s, the episode copies the vibe of popular sitcom Malcolm in the Middle as twins Billy (Julian Hilliard) and Tommy (Jett Klyne) set out to trick-or-treat throughout Westview. Meanwhile, Vision (Paul Bettany) decides to investigate the hex, leading him to go beyond the barriers of town.

Wanda attempts to make her twins' first Halloween a memorable one, but she becomes dismayed when Vision announces he's on Neighborhood Watch duty for the night. Pietro (Evan Peters), aka Quicksilver, steps up to accompany the boys while trick-or-treating, teaching them how superpowered speed can make the outing more fun. Later that night, Tommy reveals that he shares similar abilities with his uncle. As Wanda questions her brother about his past, Vision is busy scouring Westview for more answers. He eventually encounters the hex's boundary on the outskirts of town before electing to push through the static wall.

Vision successfully gets outside of the Westview hex, where he's met by a slew of S.W.O.R.D. agents, including Director Tyler Hayward (Josh Stamberg). Seeing as the hex contains the magic powering his resurrection, Vision starts to disintegrate the moment he breaks through the boundary. As the figure lay dying, Billy senses his father's situation, so he instantly warns Wanda of the problem. His mother has no insight into Vision's condition, nor can she hear his pleas for help. Like his brother's unveiled powers earlier that night, Billy experiments with his newfound abilities to help save Vision. Rather than create new powers for Billy, WandaVision went with the boy's comic book counterpart.

The MCU's Scarlet Witch Doesn't Have Clairvoyant Powers

As a clever nod to Marvel Comics, WandaVision episode 6 pays tribute to the figures in focus by giving the characters Halloween costumes that mirror classic looks from the comics. That includes Billy and Tommy, who dress as their comic inspirations, Wiccan and Speed, respectively. Whereas the episode reveals Tommy's super speed, Billy learns of his clairvoyance. The power to sense and hear people to gain knowledge of their specific location is a key specialty of Wiccan in his comic background. In fact, the closer he is with a person, the easier it is for him to acquire a precise location. Even though Scarlet Witch is also a clairvoyant in the comics, the MCU's version of the character doesn't contain those abilities.

Concentration is imperative to Billy's clairvoyance, which is why Wanda encourages her son to focus on pinpointing Vision's exact location. He might be young, but Billy passes on the information he gathers from his powers, allowing Wanda to come up with a quick solution. Wanda then expands the barrier so Vision can safely exist within the reality's reach. It's unclear what other powers Billy and Tommy will exhibit throughout the rest of WandaVision, but as their abilities strengthen, the twins may become the only ones to stop Wanda.
